I have decided to change my project to real estate law-discrimination. What I would like to gain out of this is lowering the discrimination rate for all the people of any other ethnicity, because in reality people still are not being treated equal. I have gained some experience and knowledge of my project but not with my choice of media. I have not got that far yet as to research.

You should be able to find plenty of material on your topic, and looks like you have a start on the visuals. A power point presentation might work for you since you will likely be showing statistics, etc./
